We had a delightful stay at Protur Safari Park. The hotel is very spacious with a variety of pools which kept our kids entertained. The rooms were clean, although the beds were on the harder side, and we had a little issue with ants. Dining was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, but some food was occasionally lukewarm. Overall, it was good value for the money, and I would recommend it for a family-friendly vacation.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a few hiccups along the way. While the location was nice and the staff were superbly friendly, I found the dining experience somewhat underwhelming due to food temperature issues. The pool area was great, especially during the quieter October period. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but improvements could be made, particularly in the dining area.

Our family had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel, with clean and spacious accommodations and fantastic service from the staff, especially the GM, Rachael. The kids were entertained endlessly, and the pools were lovely, though the food could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a brilliant family-friendly place, but the sofa beds were quite uncomfortable.
